NBB’s superior level of service has meant that since rolling out the service to local businesses and residents in 2016, our network availability has been more than 99.99% (excluding localised power outages outside our control). We provide business-grade internet service via 2 separate fibre paths that connect to NextDC S1 Data Centre in Macquarie Park, Sydney. We also offer routers that include a SIM card to ensure ongoing network availability in the event of a fibre break between Newport and the data centre.
